CABINN Hotels elevating customer service with mobile technology

The number of global hotel chains prioritizing mobile technology to enhance their guest journey are increasing rapidly. In Denmark, the Cabinn hotels have created a smart concept centering around guest demands and the mobile guest journey. The Danish chain, with hotels in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Esbjerg and Odense focuses on offering “the best location in town at the best price in town”, and early recognized the potential in offering a mobile front-desk and services to their guest.
